Founded in 2004, SageCo is now owned and managed by two directors: Alison Monroe and Catriona Byrne. The SageCo journey began when we managed staff communication, retention and outplacement projects together for the Sydney Organising Committee for the Olympic Games in 2000. Even then, before workforce demographics created headlines, something struck us about the wealth of mature, experienced workers who volunteered for the Games.

Where did they come from? Where did they go? The seeds of SageCo were planted.

Our focus is facilitating solutions to address the risks, challenges and opportunities of an ageing workforce. Drawing together many strings of experience such as business communications, career management, business development and employee relations to the one bow of ageing workforce management enables us to provide sharp solutions that make a difference.
